 Period jewelery manufacturing

All our items are made to order. The estimated time for the manufacture and delivery of a product is displayed on the description sheet of each product. This time is an approximate time and not a specific delivery date.

 Product photo engraving

The processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

 Pendant personalized with engraving and birthstones

The production time is about 15-20 working days

The processing time is approximately 20 working days

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all across Canada with an order over 69 $

Standard - Standard Service between 3-7 business days.

Accelerated - Delivery Service 1-2 business days (included with all orders over $ 69)

NOTE: These delivery times do not include the manufacturing time. We ship by Canada Post. You must add this time to the manufacturing time to know the date of delivery of the ring.

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our jewelery against manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse or modified by anyone other than authorized representative OG.

Our quality assurance team inspects every item before shipping to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare cases where your article would have a defect, please contact us at info@originegravure.ca and we will be happy to help you obtain compensation for your jewelry. Please include your order number and contact your repair order warranty.


Note

    -The Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty repairs.
    -We Reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear, judged by professional jewelery.
    -We Will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

 
Return policy

 Return Policy 30 days without hassle

Because we want you to feel comfortable and confident when you shop at Origin Engraving, that's why we offer a return policy to 30 days without hassles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or credit (less shipping and / or gift wrapping charges, if any) in 30 days from the date of 'purchase. Everything must be authorized by a responsible person of quality. An application may be refused if it is found to be invalid.

    -Article Must be returned in new and unused condition.
    -Jewelry That have been resized and / or repaired are not eligible.
    -You Will be responsible for the return shipping cost
    -The Size of the rings is your responsabilité.Assurez you take the right size.


Return Process

To request a return, please email us at info@originegravure.ca. A representative of the customer service quickly will follow up with you by email with the procedure to follow for the rest of the process.

Upon receipt of your return, all products are inspected for signs of wear or damage before refunds, replacements or credits. New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or stains on the items. In addition, the items modified or resized by another jeweler are not considered new.

 Since the products offered by Origine Gravure are customized products as per your choice with your own and not those of Origin Engraving, no refund may be required. The result of the photo etching is directly related with the quality and appearance of the picture depending on the product chosen. Original engraving is in no way responsible for a disappointing result from a bad choice and / or the poor quality of the selected photograph.

Original Etching will replace a product if there is breakage of it in the transport or if the product received is not the one for which the customer paid.

Everything must be done within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Original Etching retains the right to refuse a request return, after evaluation, the worst result is related to a poor choice of client's photo or a poor quality image.

 Deadlines can vary the date of the order to complete delivery between 7 and 20 days.

In the event in which potentially pricing error may have slipped our store, Origine Gravure retains the right to withhold and pay the order to the customer with complete the purchase of this product says that a pricing error. All prices displayed on this site, its subject to our confirmation. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
